Great place to relax and visit the wildlife. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, especially the seafood. We loved the pool and swim-up bar. We enjoyed the eco-tours and saw many exotic animals.
We experienced a lot of rain during our stay and our room flooded due to poor drainage. The air conditioning was not working properly, so it was very uncomfortable at night.

The staff here is exceptional and makes you feel at home, and if you're up for it, you can take a short 15-minute walk to Los Delfines for some great shots.

I recently stayed at a resort in Puerto Jimenez for a business trip and it was an incredible experience. The service was outstanding and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast and coffee that was always available in the lobby, which made starting the day much easier. The location was also great, as it was conveniently close to the airport and had easy access to transportation. Another plus was the free Wi-Fi, which had a strong signal throughout the entire resort.
There really weren't any negative aspects to my stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the elevator was a bit slow, but this was not a big issue.

Located quite near a small local airport, this resort offers easy access for travelers. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll down to the beach and take in the beautiful views. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the beach, providing a picturesque setting for meals. For those seeking adventure, the resort is also situated close to a secluded waterfall, perfect for a refreshing dip.
Some guests may find the lack of specific facilities or amenities to be a downside.

The service at the hotel was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was superb, with beautiful rain forests and beaches nearby, offering a perfect combination of adventure and relaxation.- One of the best aspects of the hotel was the variety of activities available, such as fishing, hiking, zip lining, and visiting animal sanctuaries. There was never a dull moment during the holiday.
There were some negative aspects to the hotel. The rooms were not as comfortable as expected, with limited amenities and uncomfortable beds.
